Frame Coverage

Frames are not covered under the Protection Plan.

Frames include (1-year manufacturer’s warranty)

$29 shipping if sent for inspection

If manufacturer approves, replacement frame is free

If denied, your original frame will be returned.
Terms of Coverage

Coverage is valid for 12 months from the date of eyewear pickup.

Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Plan can be used maximum of 3 times during the coverage period.

Replacement lens must be in same RX and frame as original order.
Handling and return products

When frames are returned under warranty and accepted by the manufacturer:

Your old frames and old lenses will be retained by Posh Optical for shipment back to the manufacturer or lab.

Customers will receive a replacement frame with their lenses reinstalled when possible.
